Overview

Built as a complete operations platform for K-12 schools, the system replaces manual, paper-based processes with a single digital platform covering enrollment, academics, billing, and communication, with dedicated dashboards for every role in the school, from admin to bursary.

The Challenge

Schools were juggling separate spreadsheets, paper result cards, and manual fee collection, which made it hard to track student records, secure results against tampering, and keep parents informed in real time.

The Solution

We built a role-based platform on Django REST Framework and PostgreSQL, with a Next.js front-end covering eight dedicated dashboards: Admin, Student, Teacher, Store Keeper, Result Manager, HR, Academic Officer, and Bursary. Core features include scratch-card-secured e-results, multi-gateway fee payments (Paystack and Flutterwave), a built-in store for uniforms and books, timetable and scheme-of-work uploads, assignment submission, and automated email and in-app notifications.
